Important Info for Your Stay in the Holiday Apartments in Obertauern
Arrival & Departure
- Check-In: from 2pm
- Check-Out: until 10am
WiFi
You can use the WiFi free of charge throughout the house and in the apartments.
Bread Service
Start your day with fresh bread and pastries! We are happy to provide the service, but it must be preordered!
Sun Terrace
From our terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view of Obertauern, the Gamsleiten and the Zehnerkar. The terrace features a table, benches, chairs & sun chairs
Room Safe
There is a safe in each apartment for your valuables.
Ski Room with Boot Dryer
When you are not using your ski equipment, you can store them conveniently in our lockers.
Bed Linen
We charge € 5,- per bed per stay (incl. 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel). You may also bring your own sheets.
Parking
Underground parking spaces are available for a fee of € 6,– per day per car
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Haus Schmeisser.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking house. Thank you for your understanding!
Allergy Amenities
Available upon request.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning fee will be charged once per stay:
- Holiday Apartment 1 & 3: € 48,-
- Holiday Apartment 2 & 4: € 45,-
Kids Prices
Children under 10 years staying in the parents’ apartment: + € 15, – per night
Local Tax
The holiday apartment prices exclude local tax (€ 2,45 per day per person, kids under 15 years of age are free). Tourist Tax Law: 50422-001300-2020.
Payment Conditions
We do not accept credit or debit cards. Please pay in cash at least one day before departure.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of late arrival or early departure, as well as short-term cancellation (up to 8 days in advance) the apartment price will be charged in full! Otherwise the Austrian Hotel and Accommodation Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
Travel Insurance
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
